The Vestibule District is not merely the legacy of the Crimson Rift — it is the Crimson Rift's permanent statement on the nature of Nexus Prime's reality. Citizens of the Vestibule District do not experience it as anomalous. This is the most disturbing finding in twenty years of follow-up research. The District is not a scar that people live near. Whether the Crimson Dominion is aware of the new connections has not been publicly addressed. It has been privately addressed. The answer is classified.

CAN THEY BE CREATED?
The official position of every major institution in Nexus Prime is that Gamma hemorrhages are naturally occurring events. Hextech University's Dimensional Engineering department has maintained this position consistently. They have also, in the past 8 years, filed 14 patents relating to controlled sustained dimensional rupture technology. The patents are classified under "theoretical frameworks." The prototypes are classified under something else. The research exists. Whether it has been tested is the question that is not being asked.
